Responsibilities:

• Must Have Skills:
  • Comfortable with FigJam for brainstorming and flows.
  • Strong experience on SaSS based Figma design.
  • Strong experience on Mobile Figma design.
  • Strong Verbal Communication with foreign clients.
• Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, prototype, and iterate intuitive and engaging user interfaces using Figma and other design tools.
  • Develop and maintain scalable design systems to ensure consistency and efficiency across all products.
  • Create high-fidelity mockups, wireframes, and interactive prototypes that effectively communicate design intentions.
  • Present design concepts and solutions to internal teams and stakeholders, iterating designs based on constructive feedback.
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather insights to inform data-driven design decisions.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in UI/UX design to bring fresh ideas to the table.
  • Ensure that designs are responsive, accessible, and aligned with modern design standards.
• Qualifications and Preferred Skills:
  • Expert in Figma features like Auto Layout, Components, and Prototyping.
  • Strong understanding of UI principles like color, spacing, and typography.
  • Able to create wireframes, user flows, and user journey maps.
  • Can build interactive prototypes inside Figma.
  • Familiar with creating and maintaining design systems.
  • Good communication and team collaboration skills.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.
• Portfolio:
  • Has a clear, visual portfolio showing real projects.
  • Includes case studies explaining design decisions.
