Roles and Responsibilities:

Strategy & Planning:

  • Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with the company’s IT goals.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify target audiences and relevant platforms.
  • Set social media goals and objectives, including KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) to measure success.
  • Create a social media calendar and content plan.

Content Creation & Management:

  • Develop engaging and informative content for various social media platforms, including text, images, videos, and infographics.
  • Ensure content is consistent with the company’s brand voice and messaging.
  • Optimize content for different platforms and formats.
  • Manage social media accounts and ensure they are up-to-date and engaging.

Community Engagement & Management:

  • Monitor social media channels for brand mentions, customer inquiries, and feedback.
  • Respond to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner.
  • Build and maintain relationships with followers and influencers.
  • Organize and participate in social media campaigns and events.

Analytics & Reporting:

  • Track and analyse social media performance metrics, such as engagement, reach, and website traffic.
  • Identify trends and insights to improve social media strategies.
  • Prepare regular reports on social media performance and ROI.

Stay Up-to-Date:

  • Keep abreast of the latest social media trends, technologies, and best practices.
  • Adapt strategies and tactics based on industry changes and emerging platforms.

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with other marketing and IT teams to ensure a cohesive brand message and strategy.
  • Collaborate with designers and copywriters to create high-quality content.
