About the Role

We are looking for a skilled React Native Developer with 3+ years of hands-on experience in building high-quality mobile applications for iOS and Android. You will work closely with our product, design, and backend teams to deliver smooth, scalable, and user-friendly mobile experiences for global clients.
This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about modern mobile development, UI quality, performance optimization, and building robust app functionalities with clean, maintainable code.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and enhance mobile applications using React Native.
• Build reusable components, screens, and UI modules aligned with best coding practices.
• Integrate REST APIs, GraphQL, and third-party SDKs/services.
• Ensure high performance, responsiveness, and smooth animations across devices.
• Work with native Android/iOS modules when required.
• Collaborate with designers to implement pixel-perfect UI/UX from Figma or similar tools.
• Manage app builds and deployments on Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
• Write clean, readable, and testable code following modern standards.
• Troubleshoot production issues and optimize app performance.
• Work closely with backend teams to ensure seamless API integrations.
• Communicate effectively with clients, participate in requirement discussions, and provide clear technical explanations when needed.
• Leverage AI-assisted coding tools (Cursor, GitHub Copilot) to speed up development and maintain code quality.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of proven experience in React Native development for Android and iOS.
• Strong understanding of JavaScript and TypeScript.
• Hands-on experience with React hooks, navigation, and state management (Redux, Zustand, MobX).
• Solid understanding of mobile layouts, Flexbox, styling, and responsive UI patterns.
• Experience integrating APIs and debugging using tools like Flipper and Postman.
• Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and code review practices.
• Strong problem-solving skills and high attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with clients professionally.
• Experience using AI-powered coding assistants (Cursor, GitHub Copilot) for enhancing productivity and code quality.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience with Native Android (Java/Kotlin) or iOS (Swift) modules.
• Knowledge of Firebase services (Auth, Firestore, Push Notifications).
• Understanding of deep linking, background tasks, and push notification systems.
• Experience with mobile performance optimization and memory management.
• Familiarity with analytics tools like Firebase Analytics, Segment, or Amplitude.
• Exposure to mobile testing tools (Appium, Detox, etc.).
