About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented QA Manual Intern to join our quality assurance team. This role is ideal for learners who enjoy testing software, identifying bugs, and ensuring that applications function smoothly across real-world scenarios.
You will work with developers, designers, and product teams to validate features, perform manual test cycles, and contribute to delivering a high-quality experience across web, mobile, and AI-powered applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute manual test cases across web, mobile, and backend systems.
• Identify, document, and report bugs clearly with reproducible steps.
• Review requirements and user stories to understand expected functionality.
• Perform functional, regression, usability, and smoke testing.
• Validate APIs using tools such as Postman.
• Work closely with developers to retest fixes and ensure stability before release.
• Maintain test results and contribute to improving internal QA checklists.
• Collaborate with the team to understand product workflows and edge cases.

Required Skills

• Basic understanding of software testing concepts.
• Ability to write clear test cases and test scenarios.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
• Familiarity with web and mobile application workflows.
• Basic exposure to API testing tools like Postman.
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Knowledge of SDLC and STLC processes.
• Exposure to bug-tracking tools (Jira, Trello, or similar).
• Understanding of databases and writing simple queries.
• Curiosity about Automation Testing (Selenium, Playwright, Appium).
• Interest in QA for AI systems and model output validation.
