About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and highly organized Project Manager to lead and deliver software development projects across AI, web, mobile, and cloud domains. You will work closely with clients, engineering teams, and leadership to ensure smooth execution, timely delivery, and clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
This role is ideal for someone who understands technology, manages teams effectively, and ensures predictable outcomes in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of multiple projects across web, mobile, and AI development.
• Break down project requirements into clear tasks, milestones, and timelines.
• Coordinate daily with development, QA, design, and DevOps teams to maintain project momentum.
• Prepare sprint plans, manage backlogs, and conduct stand-up meetings.
• Communicate project updates, risks, blockers, and progress to internal stakeholders and clients.
• Maintain documentation: requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, release notes.
• Ensure smooth project handovers, UAT cycles, and post-production support.
• Track project performance using metrics, tools, and status dashboards.
• Manage resource planning and ensure efficient allocation across teams.
• Build strong relationships with clients, ensuring their expectations are met throughout the engagement.

Required Skills

• 4–7 years of experience managing software development projects.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, and Scrum methodologies.
• Ability to convert business requirements into actionable tasks.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams (Frontend, Backend, QA, DevOps, AI/ML).
• Proficiency in project tools such as Jira, ClickUp, Asana, Trello, or similar.
• Good problem-solving ability and a proactive approach.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Technical background in web, mobile, or cloud development.
• Experience managing AI or automation projects.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Exposure to DevOps workflows and CI/CD processes.
• Certification in PMP, CSM, or Agile methodologies.
