About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Flutter Developer who can build high-quality, performant, and visually appealing mobile applications for both Android and iOS platforms.

You will work closely with UI/UX designers, backend engineers, and product teams to deliver smooth, stable, and scalable mobile experiences for global clients.
This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about mobile development, clean architecture, state management, and high-performance UI.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and release mobile applications using Flutter.
• Build clean, reusable, and modular UI components with responsiveness and animations.
• Integrate REST APIs, GraphQL, Firebase, and third-party SDKs.
• Ensure smooth performance, minimal load time, and optimized rendering.
• Use state management solutions such as Provider, Bloc, Riverpod, MobX, or GetX.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to convert Figma designs into pixel-perfect screens.
• Write clean, readable, and well-documented code following best practices.
• Troubleshoot mobile-related issues, debug crashes, and improve stability.
• Manage app builds, testing, and deployments to Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
• Work closely with QA to resolve bugs and ensure smooth releases.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in Flutter and Dart.
• Strong understanding of Flutter architecture, widgets, and rendering lifecycle.
• Experience working with REST APIs and JSON serialization.
• Good command of state management techniques (Bloc, Provider, Riverpod, etc.).
• Experience with local storage solutions (Hive, SQLite, Shared Preferences).
• Understanding of Git, CI/CD pipelines, and branching strategies.
• Knowledge of app store submission process and mobile build workflows.
• Strong debugging and performance optimization skills.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience with Firebase (Auth, Firestore, Messaging, Analytics).
• Knowledge of native Android (Kotlin) or iOS (Swift) for bridging.
• Experience with integrating maps, payment gateways, push notifications.
• Familiarity with clean architecture and scalable folder structures.
• Exposure to app analytics, crash reporting tools, and monitoring dashboards.
• Experience working on multi-module or enterprise mobile applications.
