About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst with 3+ years of experience to work closely with clients, product teams, and engineering teams.
You will play a key role in understanding business needs, converting them into clear requirements, and ensuring smooth communication throughout the project lifecycle.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, documentation, requirement analysis, and bridging the gap between business expectations and technical execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from clients and internal stakeholders.
• Break down high-level needs into clear user stories, workflows, and acceptance criteria.
• Create BRDs, SRS documents, process maps, wireframes, and feature specifications.
• Collaborate with the development, design, and QA teams to ensure requirements are understood and implemented correctly.
• Conduct requirement walkthroughs and support sprint planning activities.
• Work with the client to clarify business rules, edge cases, and expected outcomes.
• Participate in UAT cycles by validating features against requirements.
• Identify gaps, risks, and dependencies early and communicate them proactively.
• Assist in product roadmap planning and prioritize features based on business value.
• Maintain structured documentation throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT/software development.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, and Scrum practices.
• Ability to write clear requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Proficiency in documentation tools like Confluence, Google Docs, or similar.
• Experience with wireframing tools (Figma, Balsamiq, or similar).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience working with AI/ML, cloud, or mobile app projects.
• Knowledge of creating flow diagrams and BPMN workflows.
• Exposure to data analysis tools (SQL, Sheets, dashboards).
• Experience with project tools such as Jira, ClickUp, or Trello.
• Understanding of API structures and basic technical concepts.
