About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer who can craft intuitive, modern, and visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile applications.

You will work closely with product managers, developers, and leadership to design seamless user experiences across SaaS platforms, internal tools, mobile apps, and AI-driven products.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving real user problems through smart design, clean visuals, and thoughtful workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create user-friendly UI designs for web and mobile applications using Figma.
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity designs.
• Build and maintain scalable design systems, component libraries, and style guides.
• Work closely with React/Next.js and mobile teams to ensure pixel-perfect implementation.
• Conduct UX research, gather insights, and translate them into actionable improvements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and user journeys.
• Design dashboards, landing pages, onboarding flows, and product interfaces.
• Ensure visual consistency, accessibility, and responsive design across screens.
• Iterate on designs based on user testing, feedback, and analytics.
• Stay updated with modern design trends, tools, and best practices.

Required Skills

• 2–4 years of experience in UI/UX design for digital products.
• Strong portfolio showcasing web/mobile design work.
• Mastery of Figma (auto-layout, components, prototyping, design systems).
• Good understanding of UX principles, information architecture, and user psychology.
• Ability to convert business requirements into clean and intuitive interfaces.
• Familiarity with responsive design, typography, spacing, and layout structures.
• Basic understanding of how frontend frameworks (React/Next.js) implement UI.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience designing SaaS dashboards, admin panels, or B2B platforms.
• Familiarity with tools like Miro, Illustrator, Photoshop, or FigJam.
• Understanding of accessibility guidelines and UX metrics.
• Experience creating UX case studies or conducting usability testing.
• Ability to work with animation tools (Lottie, After Effects) for micro-interactions.
