About the Role

We are looking for a talented React / Next.js Developer with a strong eye for design and a deep understanding of converting Figma designs into pixel-perfect, responsive web interfaces.

You will work on building modern web applications, landing pages, dashboards, and product UIs that look clean, perform smoothly, and match brand guidelines perfectly.
This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about front-end craftsmanship, modern UI styling, and delivering visually polished user experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop high-quality frontend applications using React.js and Next.js.
• Convert Figma designs into pixel-perfect, responsive, and clean UI components.
• Work closely with designers to maintain UI consistency, spacing, typography, and component usability.
• Build reusable design systems and component libraries for scaling applications.
• Integrate REST APIs, GraphQL, and backend services.
• Optimize pages for fast performance, SEO, SSR/SSG, and lighthouse standards.
• Implement smooth animations, micro-interactions, and transitions where needed.
• Ensure cross-device and cross-browser compatibility.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
• Participate in code reviews and share UI/UX improvement suggestions.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in React.js and at least 1–2 years in Next.js.
• Strong ability to translate Figma designs into flawless front-end UIs.
• Expertise in HTML5, CSS3, and modern styling approaches (TailwindCSS, CSS Modules, Styled Components).
• Strong understanding of responsive design, layout grids, and design principles.
• Hands-on experience with TypeScript, ES6+, and component-driven architecture.
• Good understanding of SSR, SSG, dynamic routing, and Next.js architecture.
• Experience with API integration (REST or GraphQL).
• Familiarity with Git and modern development workflows.
• Strong attention to detail and UI quality.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience working with design systems (Material UI, Chakra UI, ShadCN, custom UI kits).
• Knowledge of animation libraries (Framer Motion, GSAP).
• Basic understanding of accessibility and UX best practices.
• Exposure to SEO optimization for Next.js applications.
• Experience building dashboards, SaaS UIs, and high-quality marketing pages.
