Location: GIFT City, Gandhinagar, Gujarat – India. (Work from Office)
Experience: 2–4 Years
About the Role
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented HR Executive who can manage daily HR operations, employee lifecycle activities, attendance, payroll processing, and compliance.
This role is ideal for someone who is organized, people-focused, and comfortable handling both administrative HR tasks and operational responsibilities in a fast-growing tech environment.
Key Responsibilities:
HR Operations
- Manage end-to-end HR documentation including onboarding, joining formalities, offer letters, and exit processes.
- Maintain and update employee records, HRMS data, and organizational documents.
- Handle attendance management, leave tracking, and daily HR coordination.
- Facilitate internal communication related to guidelines, policies, and updates.
- Coordinate with department leads on employee concerns, performance updates, and discipline matters.
- Assist in implementing HR policies, SOPs, and best practices.
Payroll Management
- Prepare monthly payroll inputs including attendance, salary changes, overtime, deductions, reimbursements, and incentives.
- Work with the accounts team to finalize payroll processing.
- Ensure compliance with statutory components such as PF, PT, ESIC, TDS (as applicable).
- Maintain confidentiality of payroll and employee financial data.
- Handle payslip generation, salary queries, and employee clarifications.
Employee Support & Engagement
- Address routine HR queries from employees.
- Assist in planning engagement activities, recognition programs, and team initiatives.
- Ensure smooth communication between HR and all departments.
Required Skills
- 2–4 years of experience in HR operations and payroll management.
- Strong understanding of HR processes, documentation, and compliance.
- Experience with HRMS or attendance systems.
- Good command of Excel/Sheets for payroll calculations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High level of accuracy, confidentiality, and professionalism.
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Experience working in IT/tech companies.
- Knowledge of PF, PT, ESIC, and TDS components.
- Familiarity with HR automation tools and workflow systems.
- Ability to support recruitment activities when required.
