About the Role

We are looking for a highly experienced Business Development Executive who can identify high-quality lead sources, generate new opportunities, and bring consistent business to the company.

The ideal candidate understands technology, communicates confidently, and can manage the complete sales cycle—from prospecting to closing deals—for global markets including the Middle East, Europe, US, and APAC.
This role focuses entirely on lead generation, sales outreach, pitching, and deal closure.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Market Exploration
  • Identify reliable and scalable lead-generation channels (LinkedIn, events, partnerships, outbound, platforms).
  • Research new markets, industries, and buyer personas to discover where high-quality prospects exist.
  • Build a predictable pipeline through structured outreach, networking, and relationship-building.
  • Track competitor offerings and market trends to refine positioning.
Sales & Deal Closure
  • Conduct discovery calls and understand client requirements at a technical and business level.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to prepare proposals, SOWs, and estimations.
  • Present solutions confidently to decision-makers and drive negotiation.
  • Manage the entire sales process: Prospecting → Qualifying → Proposal → Negotiation → Closure.
  • Maintain CRM discipline to track pipeline, activities, and forecasting.

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of proven experience in B2B sales or business development within IT/software services.
  • Strong ability to independently generate leads and build new revenue channels.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Understanding of web, mobile, cloud, DevOps, and AI/ML service offerings.
  • Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, or similar).
  • Target-oriented mindset with strong accountability.

Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Experience selling to Middle East, European, and US clients.
  • Knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Waalaxy, or other outreach tools.
  • Understanding of AI/automation and SaaS product sales.
  • Ability to represent the company at events and conferences.
